How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. Discovery takes 1–2 weeks and ends with a prioritized roadmap, and most build projects run 4–10 weeks, with working demos every week along the way.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. We work with small and mid-sized businesses and operations teams that have outgrown spreadsheets, manual handoffs, or off-the-shelf tools.
Are all services built in-house?
Yes. AI automations, custom databases and internal tools, web and mobile apps, and consulting are all delivered by our in-house team.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. After launch we monitor, fix, and improve. Some clients continue with an ongoing monthly partnership; others take it in-house with our documentation and training.
What happens during the discovery meeting?
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call to understand your goals, systems, and constraints. Afterwards you get a written scope and quote before any work begins.
How do you keep data secure?
We sign an NDA before kickoff, use least-privilege access, keep credentials in a secrets manager, and configure AI providers for minimal data retention. Your code and data live in your accounts from day one.
Can you integrate with our current tools?
Yes. We connect to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Slack, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, and PostgreSQL, and build custom connectors when there isn’t an off-the-shelf one.
How do you handle revisions?
You see working software in a weekly demo, share feedback, and we fold it into the next increment, so changes happen continuously instead of at the end.
