Services

Plan it, build it, and keep it running.

Four ways we help, delivered by one in-house team. Most clients start with one bottleneck and grow from there, with every system sharing the same data.

01 · Automate

AI automations & agents

Workflows and AI agents that take repetitive work off your team: reading documents, routing requests, updating systems, and asking a person only when it matters.

  • Process automation
  • AI-powered workflows
  • Custom chatbots & agents
  • Document & data extraction
  • Data analysis tools
  • System-to-system integrations
Where it usually starts: One workflow, automated end to end, then the next.
Example buildInvoice-to-ledger automation

Invoices are read, matched to purchase orders, and posted automatically. Only exceptions reach a person, with context attached.

Example buildSupport assistant on your docs

An assistant answers from your knowledge base in your tone, and hands off to a person with the full conversation.

02 · Organize

Custom databases & internal tools

One source of truth for your operations, with interfaces your team actually wants to use. Roles, audit history, and reporting built in.

  • Custom database design
  • Data migration & cleanup
  • Admin panels & internal tools
  • Dashboards & data visualization
  • Reporting systems
  • Multi-user access controls
Where it usually starts: Your most-used spreadsheet, rebuilt as a real system.
Example buildOperations console

One database with role-based views, a full audit trail, and reports that update themselves.

  • Progressive web apps
  • API development
  • Cloud deployment
Where it usually starts: A focused first release your customers can use.

Not sure where to start? We map your operations, find where technology pays back fastest, and hand you a prioritized plan you can act on.

  • Operations & systems audit
  • Technology roadmapping
  • Build-vs-buy guidance
  • Process design
  • Growth & capacity planning

Ways to work together

Start small. Scale when it's working.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted after a free discovery call, with a written plan before any work begins.

Roadmap Sprint

1–2 weeks

A fixed-scope first step.

Best for: Teams that know something's slowing them down, but not what to build first.

  • Workflow & systems audit
  • Prioritized roadmap with effort estimates
  • Build-vs-buy recommendations
  • Readout with your leadership
Most common

Build Project

4–10 weeks

A defined system, delivered end to end.

Best for: A clear problem: an automation, an internal tool, or an app.

  • Design, build, and QA
  • Weekly demos and a shared channel
  • Deployment to your accounts
  • Documentation & team training

Ongoing Partner

Monthly

A standing team for continuous improvement.

Best for: Companies with a pipeline of automations and tools to build.

  • Monthly capacity, reprioritized as needed
  • Monitoring and maintenance
  • New automations every cycle
  • Quarterly roadmap reviews

Integrations

Connects to what you already use.

We integrate with the tools your team runs on today, and build custom connectors when there isn't an off-the-shelf one.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses and operations teams that have outgrown spreadsheets, manual handoffs, or off-the-shelf tools. Industry matters less than having a clear bottleneck worth fixing.

How is pricing structured?

Roadmap sprints are fixed-scope. Build projects are quoted per project after discovery. Ongoing partnerships are a monthly engagement. You get a written scope and quote before any work starts.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Code, data, and IP live in your accounts from day one, and everything is documented for handoff.

What do you need from our team?

A point person, access to the systems involved, and about an hour a week for demos and feedback.

Can you work alongside our developers or IT?

Yes. We often extend an internal team: we follow your conventions, work in your repositories, and document as we go.

What happens after launch?

We monitor, fix, and improve. Some clients continue with an ongoing partnership; others take it in-house with our documentation and training.
